ninebelow.gr ("ninebelow" or "we") runs an online shop under the internet address www.ninebelow.gr. All orders placed by you via the Website and our deliveries and services are exclusively subject to the following General Terms and Conditions, in the version that is valid at the time of the order. We do not accept conflicting terms and conditions of the Customer unless we have agreed to their validity in writing.

Right to return
You may return merchandise that you have received without indicating any reasons within 14 days by sending the merchandise back. For more details go to "Shipping and Return".

1. The merchandise offered under ninebelow.gr is presented on the Website in the format of digital photographs of existing merchandise. Minor divergences of the photographs from reality do not constitute a defect of the ordered merchandise. 2. We do point out that merchandise presented on the ninebelow.gr Website may not be available of purchasable any longer at the time of the customer´s visit to the Website and that the respective prices may have changed. All prices shown are given in EURO and include VAT, but exclude shipping costs. 3. ninebelow.gr is entitled to perform partial deliveries.

The Terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece. The handling and protection of personal data of those who visit/use the services of ninebelow.gr is subject to the conditions of this contract as well as to related provisions of the Greek legislation. Ninebelow.gr retains the right to change the personal data protection conditions, after having informed the visitors/users and within the present or future legal framework.
